Are ALQs (Alternative Local Quarantines) available in Chonburi for arrivals at Bangkok airport?Answered

According to the Thai Embassy's website in London, ALQ (alternative LOCAL Quaritines) are now open in Chonburi. Apparently you can flying into BKK and take a quarantine taxi to a Pattaya ALQ? Have I missed the news?
