Are there any hotels with a kitchen available for guest use? One person in our group has dietary restrictions and doesn’t eat out, and we also have a young child who doesn’t eat outside food often. I haven’t been able to find such accommodations through online booking channels, and Airbnb hasn’t been very helpful in this case.
I will be staying 3 days in Bangkok and 3 days in Pattaya.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry seeks hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya that offer kitchen facilities for guests due to dietary restrictions in the group. Various commenters suggested options including service apartments like Centre Point Chidlom and Somerset, as well as specific hotels like Maxxcentral and Nova Suites Pattaya, which provide kitchen amenities. Some comments recommended considering renting a condo or realizing the limitations of hotel kitchen access.
AirBnB often have some sort of "cooking area" with limited cooking supplies.
An induction cooker (Hot plate) is pretty cheap. I have dietary restrictions also and when I travel to exotic places I tend to stick with fruits and vegetables.
J&Ariya in Bangrak has rooms with limited self catering, ie a microwave and fridge. It's a pretty basic hotel, but I like it because of price and location. All of the hotel booking sites allow filter for hotels with a kitchenette in the room. I think you are naive if you think any hotel will let guests loose in a professional kitchen, especially if at the same time they are cooking orders for restaurant guests.
