Here is the scenario: I bought a condo in Jomtien and moved into it on October 20, 2023. I had an agency do my TM 30 and it is stapled to the back of my visa. I have a valid business visa (not sure that makes a difference). I went for a holiday to Vietnam December 29 to January 4, 2024. I forgot to do a TM 30 on my return. Last week, I registered to do an online 90 day report and it was rejected and said I needed to report to the nearest immigration office. Someone told me that if I am doing a 90 day report online for the first time it will reject because you must first do an in person or mail in report first. I thought if I went to Koh Samet (which I wanted to do anyways) for a few days and asked them for a copy of the TM 30 and then on my return do a TM 30 that I am back would solve the neglected TM 30 and then go in person to the immigration for my 90 day report would solve my issue. Any comments?

Maybe I didn't explain properly. I would go to Ko Samet, the hotel would so their TM 30 and then on my return I would do another TM 30 online for my condo here in Jomtien thus requiring me to do my 90 day check-in with immigration in Jomtien. Does this now make sense?

I'm in need of a resident form for an automobile sale. My current landlord never went to immigration to file any documentation of my residency with them. I have a current rental contract that is 8 months old. Will there be any issue for me to get the resident certificate? Maybe best to make a new contract? The owner has provided me with their personal information and proof of ownership of the home. Also, what is the penalty to either me or the homeowner? I'm located in chonburi and probably going to Jomtien office. Thank you

Hi, I've just applied for my first COVID extension (my visa expires 28 of march). Eventually they have given me a stamp to come back on 12 april because my application is under consideration. I've applied at Ranong immigration office. Does this mean that I might need to leave the country that day? I have no idea why they want to consider my application for 2 weeks. Anyone else experiences with this?

Good day, my covid visa will expire on May 29. My flight has been canceled yet again. Question, am I still eligible to get another covid visa? If yes, can I go to the immigration days before the expiration of my covid visa? I read on this page that May 29 will be the last day of granting covid visa. TIA

Hello

I have arrived on a

60 day tourist visa that allows one 30 days extension in December.

I did my 30 days extension in Phuket and I was told there that I can get a 60 day corona extension but I have to bring a contract for a house and a lot of additional documents.

I plan to do the extension in ko Suomi immigration, did any one go throw this ? What should I really bring with me for the proses ?

It’s hard for me to get a contract and staff

TM 30 online registration. I walked across the border at Myanmar Mae Sai so what do I put for my Point Of Entry? I have google translated all 17 pages and can’t find anything that looks correct.

*30 day exempt stamp extension - options*

I'm in Thailand on a 30 day visa exempt stamp (admitted until January 25 - Dutch passport) and currently stay in Nonthaburi. It's a private property and no TM 30 file is filed.

I will be in Pattaya next week and registered at a hotel.

What is my best option for extending without getting a 1600 baht fine. Nonthaburi/BKK or next week at Pattaya?

I ask because in a post a few hours ago Robert Lagas mentioned that Pattaya is strict with extensions and requires address registration (which I will have in Pattaya but not in the previous weeks).

Thanks all
