Update: I went this morning to Chaeng Watthana and it is quite far from sukhumvit. I didn’t have an appointment and the wait was about 30 mins to speak to an officer. Another 15 mins or so to get my passport back. They didn’t ask for a TM30 either.

They were advertising e-extension for TR visa EVERYWHERE. On their website you can submit the required docs and schedule your appointment beforehand and pay the extension fee (+additional service charge since it’s 3rd party). I imagine this is useful for people who just want to come in and get out asap. Overall about an hour of my time.

Do I need to book an appointment for an extension on a TR visa or can I walk in?

Which office is best for this? I normally go to Chamchuri Square for previous visa things. Is there a better location?

Hello. I'm trying to make an appointment with immigration through this link. I get as far as selecting TR extension and then it asks me to log in. I never registered on this site before and I can't find an option for registering. I did register when I was applying fo r the e-service TR extension but discontinued to make the face to face appointment instead. I don't know if registering for the e-service meant I'm registered in this link for making a face to face appointment. I'm guessing I'm not because when I try to log in to receive OTP code I never receive one. Has anyone encountered similar problem and resolved? Am I missing something blatantly obvious?? Hi, I need some info about extending the tourist TR visa at Chaengwattana. Is it possible to book a time slot online or do you need to queue (I've heard it takes ages)? Also what's the timing for obtaining the extension? Do they do it on the same day you do the request or have to go back and pick it up a different day? I've got 2 weeks left on the visa now, not sure when it's the best time to go (does the extension start from the last day on the visa or from the day we physically go to do the extension application?) I'm in Phuket on a 60 day tourist visa TR. Can I do the 30 day extension at the immigration office in Patong or do I have to do this at the immigration office in Phuket Town?

I am currently living in Leam Chabang . I came with TR visa and today I went to extend it but Si Racha Immigration refused to extend . They informed only 7 days will be granted.

My friend asked me to cross borders but still as I am a Sri Lankan we arent allowed to cross borders. I am willing to work here.
