How do I register for an appointment with Thai immigration if I previously applied for an e-service TR extension?
Hello. I'm trying to make an appointment with immigration through this link. I get as far as selecting TR extension and then it asks me to log in. I never registered on this site before and I can't find an option for registering. I did register when I was applying fo r the e-service TR extension but discontinued to make the face to face appointment instead. I don't know if registering for the e-service meant I'm registered in this link for making a face to face appointment. I'm guessing I'm not because when I try to log in to receive OTP code I never receive one. Has anyone encountered similar problem and resolved? Am I missing something blatantly obvious?? Please enlighten me!Thanks [members only]
Answer summary
The user is experiencing issues making an appointment with Thai immigration for a TR visa extension. They are unable to log in to the immigration website as they do not recall registering for that particular site after previously applying for the e-service TR extension. They seek guidance from others who may have faced similar issues. A comment suggests clicking on the e-extension option to sign in or register.

I can’t even make a paid appointment. When I enter correct OTP code to log in it says unprocessable entity. OR it says error. Seriously is there a solution to this or am I better off just showing up without an appointment? Spent a whole day at this nowBrandon ************

I've never used the paid system or the alternative entry for the free system.Activity
