How do I register for an appointment with Thai immigration if I previously applied for an e-service TR extension?

Hello. I'm trying to make an appointment with immigration through this link. I get as far as selecting TR extension and then it asks me to log in. I never registered on this site before and I can't find an option for registering. I did register when I was applying fo r the e-service TR extension but discontinued to make the face to face appointment instead. I don't know if registering for the e-service meant I'm registered in this link for making a face to face appointment. I'm guessing I'm not because when I try to log in to receive OTP code I never receive one. Has anyone encountered similar problem and resolved? Am I missing something blatantly obvious??
