Anyone get asked for a hired amount than needed for their DTV visa? Washington DC has asked for a bank statement with 550,000 thai baht (16k usd)
I fly to Bali next week and was trying to get this visa approved before leaving. Due to my pay schedule, I can't increase the savings account until after I'm in bali to accurately reflect the amount they want.
Should I just go to Jakarta while in Bali and apply there, or are they asking for the 550,000 thai baht rather than the 500,000 thai baht.
Just a quick question about getting a Non B for Thai teaching visa from Bali, Denpasar. I am here at the moment and planning to apply. I have all the documents listed except the Indonesian police check as I am not a resident of Indonesia and it will not be possible to become one. I have a Thai police check instead which seems more appropriate anyway but I know that's irrelevant. Anyone tried for a non B in Bali with a Thai police check?
Is it possible to get the 3 month non immigrant b visa for Thailand at the Consulate in Bali? Or only at the Thai Embassy in Jakarta? Or do I have to stop in Penang or Kuala Lumpur for the visa on my way back to Thailand.
I can't find much info about the Consulate in Bali...
I will be applying to Thai visa from Indonesia, as I see the embassy is in Jakarta. Is that correct? Did any of you experienced that? Was it easy? How many days it took? Which documents they've asked from you? Do I need an online reservation or something from the embassy or do I just walk in and wait? This is going to be my first visa application somewhere else than my own country so I am pretty nervous. Any advice would be appreciated!
