Looking for a legal firm that specialises in moving companies from country of origin to Thailand. (I would close the company in country of origin. Legal firm would open the company in Thailand. Help set up bank accounts. Issue share certificates. Submit Accounting & company monthly & annual submissions.) Scope of business is passive income from software not dealing with any clients in Thailand. I would like to know if this qualifies us for business visas. 100% owned by foreigner. Happy to pay company & personal tax in Thailand.

Denied dtv visa.I thought business owners would be able to this visa?Very strange.The business is not in Thailand.

I am a business owner and plan to submit an application in Hanoi in a few days.

I want to make sure before I submit all these forms:

I prepared -

- a business permit

- an accountant's permit,

- a bank permit,

- Bank transactions from the last six months - With 500 thousand baht in the account.

- photos from my advertising website,

- Receipts from the last two months

I would like to know from someone who has gone through the process in the last few days Are these all the documents or do I need to prepare something else?

I'm submitting the application towards the end of the month - do you think they will also ask me for July receipts?

Does anyone know what exactly they want to see from my company?

In my research to get a business started with visa/wp, I'm learning that the business needs to make a 50,000b income per month. Is this true?

Any idea where this needs to come from or how it's shown? For example, if I have income coming in, but not necessarily from the business, does that count?

Also, would the business actually have to make 50,000b, or would I essentially just have to pay the 20% tax and that covers it?

I've also been told, if the company doesn't make that per month, there's a good chance the wp won't be renewed after the first year. Is this true?

I’ve seen on the Thai embassy website that business visas can be given to people who own condominiums here. Does anyone have anymore experience with this or more details about this?

The business will be similar and small, like a coffee shop, ice cream shop, etc. but we’ll have our own twist. So just a small little shop. 

1) what is visa requirement to do this

2) what is the investment requirement by government standards

3) do I have to hire locals to work, or those there have to be a national with ownership in it as well?
