TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for a reputable Thai business advisor to assist with securing a business visa for their startup. Comments emphasize the need for a registered capital of 3 million baht, suggest separating business and visa processes, and provide a specific lawyer's contact as a potential resource.

I can help you, and Adam is wrong. For your work permit, not the actual visa, you will need at least bt2million in registered capital, hire four Thai employees that you pay wages and social security on, then can only own 49% of your business. There are business structures to get around the last two requirements, but not the registered capital. You also will need a licensed Thai accountant, as that is a restricted occupation. There are other requirements depending on the business type, but those are the basics. You can message me, and I don't charge. Also, you can not get a type B visa on an idea. The business must be all set up, and licensed first.
