Advice please! I am from the UK and flew into Bangkok at the end of February on visa exemption - stayed 28 days. Travelled around and re-enerered Thailand through slow boat from Laos, start of June, on second visa exemption - stayed 2 weeks. I am now in Cambodia and have been here for 2 weeks. I want to go back to Bangkok to fly to the UK. Can I enter Thailand again through a second land boarder crossing with the visa exemption? It would be 3 visa exemptions in total, 1 flight and 2 land boarder. I have heard Poi Pet immigration is is notorious for refusing entry. Thank you very much 🙏
Hi. Sorry for the long post but could someone help me with a question about applying for a tourist visa to go back into Thailand from Cambodia please. I have been in Thailand since May, arriving on visa exempt. I extended for 30 days and then travelled to Cambodia where I am now. I now want to go back into Thailand. Can I apply for a tourist visa from Cambodia and how long does it take to process? Do I get the visa the same day or does it take a while to go through? Do I have to have accommodation booked in Thailand? I also know that I need to show my flight details out of Thailand. Currently that’s booked for 18th August but I obviously would change that if I get the tourist visa. Should I change the flight now or just leave it. I’m worried they would decline the tourist visa and just give me visa exemption. Thank you.
I applied for My Thai test and go pass at 10:00 p.m. last night and it was approved by 11:00 a.m. this morning.
It is saying that I have to take a PCR test within 72 hours of my flight but from what I've been seeing on here it's PCR test on arrival. Can anyone clarify this because I would sure hate to pay a hundred bucks for a PCR test here in Cambodia and then find out it's not necessary.
Flight leaves on April 6th but now I'm thinking about leaving 4 days earlier so I can fly back in to Thailand. So possibly April 2nd or 3rd. My reasoning behind this is I'm averaging about 30 to 40 dollars a day eating out plus the cost of my hotel(30 a night). I would rather save that $250 and be back in Thailand.
Excuse me, could anyone send the link which I can apply Thailand Tourist Visa on line currently? I Googled but didn't find it.
I'm in Thailand at the moment and going to Cambodia soon, then plan to apply Thailand Tourist Visa whistle in Cambodia and come back to Thailand again.
Good morning. I'm an Australian citizen and I will be traveling to Cambodia for a one month stay, arriving on 18th March. My Cambodian visa expires 27th April. From there I want to travel to Chiang Mai and obtain a retirement visa. I know the steps to get this done including the 800,000baht deposit. I'm wondering when I should start the Thailand Visa procedure. Should I start the process now before I leave Australia, or can I easily obtain the Thai Visa while in Cambodia on the Cambodian Visa.
Help!!!! Need to catch my flight on the 04th September from Bangkok but currently stuck in Cambodia. Dont know what to do. Can I fly to Bangkok from phnom penh on the day? Will I be quarantine?
Hi! I got my 60 day tourist visa today (though it doesn’t really say 60 days anywhere on the sticker), planning to travel to Thailand at the beginning of December and stay for the whole 60 days. I am in Cambodia at the moment and want to travel by land to Thailand, however I’ve heard that when crossing the border by land they grant entry for 15 days only, my question is: does this apply when a visa has been arranged in advance? Am I better off flying into BKK?
