Can anyone pls tell me what is the exact time procedure for doing the 90-day online reports in Thailand? It always used to be you could do it online from 7 days BEFORE the official date stamped and up to 7 days AFTER that date but the latter had to be done in person. But now 2 people have told me that it can’t be done online within 7 days of the date stamped. It can only be done online from 8-14 days BEFORE the official date stamped. After that, it must be done in person. Can anyone shed light on this pls? TIA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
There seems to be confusion regarding the timeframe for completing the 90-day online report in Thailand. According to some recent experiences, visa holders can file the online report 15 days before the due date but must do it in person if they apply within 7 days of the stamped date. Reports filed after an extension need to be done in person for the first report. Individual experiences may vary by region, as noted with an instance in Ubon Ratchathani where an online submission was denied due to proximity to the due date.

Ubon Ratchathani. Had to go in person recently as I applied online within 7 days of due date. Application denied and message saying "attend immigration office". I was told that you can't do online within 7 days, maybe other immigration regions are different !
yeah this is what others have told me. Seems to have been a change where the 7 days leading up to the due date can no longer be used to do the 90-day report online. Must now be from day
