90 day online reporting.

Writing here to confirm it is indeed possible to do your 1st online 90 day report using the online website. I came in on an exempt 30 day and then got a O Spouse visa based on being married to a Thai national and then got the year extension. The officer at CW said to do the 90 day report online and with nothing to lose, I gave it a go with a week before it was due.

Interestingly my first try was rejected after 4 days and we questioned ourselves as to why and thought maybe a overnight trip to a Hua Hin hotel might have affected my normal, long term address. So we re-did the TM30 online again and then I applied for a fresh 90 day report and after 1 day it was accepted.

So itโ€™s worth trying it online rather than slugging it out to CW! Hope this helps others ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ

Ps. I have done all types of 90 day reporting, mail, in person and now online as I have previously had multiple O-A visas. This was a fresh return to Thailand after a lengthy covid absence. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post confirms that it is possible to complete the first 90-day report online for those on an O Spouse visa, based on a personal experience. The user encountered some initial setbacks but successfully had their report accepted after redoing the TM30 submission. Additional comments clarify that the new reporting website is functional, and users can report up to 7 days late, with others sharing the link to the new site.

Have you used this passport for a previous in person or mail 90 day report before ?

Or was this your first report with your current passport ?

yes I had used the same passport for a previous 90 day report on a previous stay in the kingdom. Not sure if that would make any difference though as it was at least a year previous and a different visa

Iโ€™ve seen a number of other posts regarding 1st time reporting. It appears the new system allows for it, whereas the old system needed an initial report done on person or via mail.

Yes and you can also file the report up to 7 days after itโ€™s due - just like you can do in person at an immigration office.

Did you use the NEW website? Old one hasn't worked for me for 2 years. New one does though after registering in it.

the main thing was to point out its possible without first doing a 90 day report โ€œin personโ€ going to CW in my case.
