Can I still use the online system for my 90-day report if my last in-person report is not reflected online?

Hi, I have used both the online and in-person route of 90 day reporting. The last time I went in April, the online system was down. It is now fixed, but when I go to check my status on the website, it shows the previous times I've done it online (last time in late Oct. 2020), but not the next two times I did in person. I have the in-person receipts, so no big deal as far as records go, but my question is:

1. Will I be able to use the online system next time in July? Or will I not be able to since my last report was not updated into the system? I live an hour and a half away from the office, so if I cannot do online I want to mail the application. However... it looks like if I want to try doing it online, I have to wait until I'm within 15 days, but if it doesn't work and I should mail instead, my application "must be sent to the Immigration office at least 15 days before the due date of notification" (according to imm. website). Which would mean:

1. I would have to post it before I can try online, correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of using the online system for their 90-day immigration reporting after their previous in-person reports were not updated in the online database. They are concerned about timing since the online reporting is only available 15 days before the due date, while mailed applications must be sent at least 15 days prior. Community comments suggest attempting the online reporting as soon as possible, and if it fails, mailing the application to ensure timely compliance.

There's no harm in sending the post version ahead and then trying the online when the time window opens up. If it works, great, your post is redundant, and if it doesn't work, your post covers your report.

Sam Lin. I wouldn't advise sending the post version and then doing it online. Thai immigration is very anal, and it's possible both will be rejected. It's best to do it the other way. Try online first 15 days out. If it doesn't work, then post it, and forget about it. Although immigration website says 15 days out you have to post, I've done it twice at 14 days and both times it's been fine. EMS tracking is a MUST

@Sam ****
that's NOT how it works, :/ what ends up happening is you get TWO 90 day report receipts and NEITHER is redundant :(

Try online the first day that you cal apply (they say 15 days before but in the real world it's actually 2 weeks early :P )

IF you get the error message when you enter the CAPTCHA on the first page then just go mail them in

You cannot be too safe or too redundant dealing with Thai govt.

NOpe, you could try online the the earliest date you can file online (2 weeks exactly before it's due) and if you can't get past the first page you could go post it that same day (or even a day after that) and you'd be fine

ok, thanks!

all you can do is try it as soon as you can online and see if you get past the first page and if you can't either post it in to immigration that day OR go file in person
