Did mine yesterday just normal procedure passport number date of entry and extension expiry

This looks odd to me the TM30 requires property owners, landlords, or hotel managers to notify the Thai Immigration Bureau whenever a foreign national stays at their accommodation.

Who must file: The legal responsibility belongs to the property owner, landlord, or host (not the foreign tenant), though tenants must cooperate by providing required documents. So if you need a TM30 you must let file your landlord or hotel manager the inquiry and you must have the required documents that he can for fill this procedure The Thai procedure to get a Visa is sometimes a bit difficult to get the right documents in the right order and sometimes you need first another Visa before you can get the one you want What is the specific reason you want a TM30 ?

Can someone tell me, this TM 30 certificate by the landlord is the necessary document for future extension applications? Thank you.

Ask yourself if you stay in a hotel do you show your Evisa or TDAC etc when they do the TM30

None of those are needed for a TM30. TM30 just wants a couple of pieces of information like your passport number, passport nation and arrival date. There's no issue submitting twice or 100 times. Every TM30 replaces the previous TM30. You need to go back into the system after you submit and "search" for what you just submitted so you can export the PDF which is your proof of TM30. You can only do this for 7 days after it's submitted, so make sure you don't forget. If you do, you'll need to submit a new one if you need proof later.
