As others have said it’s a case of uploading your UK passport that proves you have legal residency in UK as this is where you reside and applying from.

Proof you are legally residing in the country you're applying from. I.E. In uk passport for British person or proof of right to be there for non British.

If you dont have a passport for the country you are living in then you need to provide the document that allows you to live there. Probably so they can send you back if they want to.

If you are not passport holder of the country you applay, you have to provide your legal rights to be in that country.
