Hello. Am trying to fill out the form for tourist visa at [members only]/ but the form is asking for many things that I don't think are actually required. For example it's asking for a criminal record check and for a medical certificate. 

I have never been asked those when entering thailand. 

It's also asking for for proof of 14 days SAQ but the new rule is just 1 day test & go. 

Am I on the right site? Do travelers need to acquire their tourist visa before departing or is it possible to have a visa on arrival like before?

Something is not correct, I believe you picked the wrong choice when you started applying.

If you're just wanting a 'regular' single entry tourist visa you DO NOT want that top STV choice you want THIS choice.

TR visa dont ask for this information. U said tourists visa, Non OA ask for this information.

P.I. Staker seeing as they are getting prompts FOR those things I think it's safe to say they selected the wrong choice no matter where they are wouldn't you?

It would help if you told us what Thai Visa are you trying to get ???

Is it the STV Short term visa for up to 9 months stay ?

Or the O-A visa for retirement ?
