I have a few very specific questions but thought one of you might be able to help!
I am recently married and my husband is Thai. We have just gotten our marriage certificate in Thai.
We are planning a trip to the US. He previously had a US visa but changed his legal name (and got a new passport) so now needs to reapply for a new visa. What type of visa do you recommend he applies for?
According to Thailand, we are married. We plan on registering our marriage in the US the next time we go.
Hello 👋. I’m married to my Thai wife. Have marriage visa etc etc. we are trying to plan a trip to the US for my brothers marriage. I am wondering how long that process will take etc. if it’s better to hire an agent/will that expedite the process.
Need help on one. Got my passport back from the agent yesterday. I need to leave next week to the United States for two weeks. Do I need to get a re entry visa or do I have one already. I have no problem paying for one. But if I already have it that would be great. Thanks
Backwards but... How long does it usually take for a Thai woman to get a visa to visit the US? What I am seeing so far looks intimidating in terms of requirements- but I didn't see anything about the timeline. I also saw that it is almost a requirement that she show she owns property and have money- but I didn't see anything with like... number figures.
I will be leaving for the US on Saturday am flying on Singapore Air….where is a good place to get a Covid test on Friday am so I can get the results the same day?. I live near Victory Monument. Thanks!
Currently in Chiang Mai on a single entry non-immigrant b visa. I’m going to the US on August 1 and coming back August 15. I know i need to go to immigration and get a re-entry exemption but my question is when should i do this? Is there a time frame or window, like must be used within 30 days, kind of thing? I start work full time this coming Monday and have today free to go to immigration but my trip is still 5 weeks away, won’t be back to Thailand for 7 weeks, wondering if that matters 😑 thanks guys!
