Good morning I’m British but living in Portugal before and my bank statements are in Portuguese. Shall I translate them into English? I know that that’s what we’re supposed to do but of course it’s not gonna be on the original looking statement….

Did anyone did the same? What information you put? Should I also add the bank statement? Did the visa went through with no problems?

I have everything, contract with a company, the invoices with the payments each month. And just this little thing now.

I’m applying from Argentina and I’ve asked to the embassy but they are not very helpful with the reply, I’ve asked the same and they only said, a sponsor letter is a letter saying someone can take care of me 😅

Google told me that my International Drivers Permit and UK License can cover me for 1 year driving in Thailand.

I have the DTV, so does that 1 year cover renew every time I re-enter Thailand after the 180 days of the DTV?

I know I need to show 500,000 baht in my account for my application. If my visa is approved and then I apply for a dependent visa for my child—do I need to show another 500,000 (so 1 million total), or is the original amount enough?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any experience or advice to offer, but I got approved for the DTV recently but my husband’s has not come in yet. Our flight is next week and I was wondering if anyone knew if he could come into Thailand on a tourist visa then get it changed when his gets approved?

A copy of a recent saving or checking bank statement for the last three months with an ending balance of no less than 500,000 THB or ($16,000 USD)

Is this just to see if youve had a bank account for 3 months, OR, Do u need to have $16K in the account for 3 months.

Can somebody please verify? This could put off my trip for a while. Im in the USA btw....😕

I have a saving account at my rabo bank in netherlands it's called tijdslotsparen and if I want to withdraw money I have to wait 3 monts to get it.

It has double the money I need for the dtv

does having a 401k that pays out take the place of the 16,000 usd need in account for DTV application? or would i have to transfer it to a savings account and let it sit. tia
