Anyone here living in bangkok with Extension based on thai child (อุปการะบุตรไทย) and working? Can people work on this visa? I actually have work permit which I got when I had the extension based on thai wife last year but I changed my visa to Thai child support after getting the work permit. Is it possible to renew the same work permit and work under my current visa? and what document are needed to renew the work permit?

Has anyone applied for a DTV visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Chennai, India? Regarding the bank statement requirement, does it need to show a closing balance of 500,000 THB, or should the account consistently maintain 500,000 THB for the past six months? Please share your experience.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to hand in my (online) visa application. Everywhere it says that it's around 270$ but for me somehow it is 400 USD. Is it maybe because I am applying from Cambodia..? How high was your DTV fee?

Hello any agent can help me do a DTV visa (Vietnamese)

Just got back home from a border run, this is how it went:

-Last day on my stamp

-Drove to pakkad land border

-It took me 15minutes to go out, checkin/checkout cambodia (arrival and departure desks were beside each other 🤣 took 2 minutes to get stamp in and out, i had the visa so didnt have to buy there)

-Back to thailand with dtv, no questions asked

Cambodian immigration was 1minute walk from thai immigration

Back to car and drive back home.

Job well done

There were no people when I came, so no queue

Did anyone have a successful experience in getting DTV through the Rage Fight Academy Pattaya gym?

EDIT: My wife and I are retiring together. We are both US citizens. We are both over 50. She is a veteran. She has enough income, mine is a little shy on the monthly amount required. We plan to apply individually.
