Hope this question is allowed.

May I know when I should file for TM47? I tried to submit the form in person today, but the officer put 11/3/25 on the form and told me to come back later. I would like to confirm the possible date for submission.

I entered Thailand with TR visa on 5th March. and changed to non-ed on 17th April. Isn't the 90 days count started from 5th March? Or is it reset to count from 17th April?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM47 form for 90-day reporting should be filed when you have been on a visa or extension for longer than 90 days. In this case, the 90-day count doesn't begin until you are on a visa that eligible for reporting, which means you will not start your 90 days until you receive your extension for the Non-ED visa. After you get your extension, the immigration office will provide you with a receipt that specifies when your first 90-day report is due.

Soe Ko I have made the same mistake when I got my first ED visa ๐Ÿ˜Š Tod is 100% correct. Your first 90 days report should be done approximately ~180 days after the date on your ED-visa. They will definitely give you the receipt with the TM47 date when you go for your first extension๐Ÿ˜Š

You don't even start doing 90 day reporting yet ๐Ÿ˜•

None of your time in thailand has been "countable" toward having to file a 90 day report

You ONLY start doing 90 day reporting when you're on a visa/extension for longer than 90 days

When you go to the immigration office and get your extension on this 90 day ED visa you have they will put a paper in your passport saying when your FIRST 90 day report is due

The paper will look like this

So wait until you go get your extension on that 90 day Non-ED visa <- which is what you have right now and then look for that small paper once you get the extension. They will staple it into your passport

Noted. Thanks for answering.

I thought it started as soon as I entered the Thailand or start date of visa issued.
