Hi all please may I ask some questions: If my kids (Italian passport holders) come back to Thailand, how long can they stay with a Thai E-visa? And what about just entering as a tourist without a visa—how many days can they stay, and can it be extended? If yes, for how long? Thanks in advance 🙏

So I arrive on October 19th. I know already I have to do the DigItal Arrival form before I depart the US. Now if I understand this correctly I will be issued a stamp for 60 day tourist visa at the airport in Bangkok for a fee that I can then turn into a 90 day O visa and begin the process for my retirement visa? Is that correct?

Now if I do my DTV visa and take culinary classes I have to apply before I come through the web? Is that correct?

I have an O-A visa valid until October 4. My 90 day report is due on May 30. But I'm leaving Thailand on June 4, which is 5 days later. Do I have to go to immigration for a 90 day report? If I don't go and just leave Thailand on June 4, will I have any trouble at the airport?

Hi, I was told today that they are not opening Bank accounts at the moment. Need for my retirement visa. How long do we think this will last? I am currently in Pattaya.

Does anyone have recent experience with the DTV through Sydney? I'd like to know what they require with regards to bank statement / financials. I've emailed them but no reply... thanks!

My original nationality is Brazilian and I have been living and working in Thailand for 4 years with a valid Work Permit. I am also married to my Thai wife.

I can speak Thai well but I'm still learning to read and write.

I have already bought a house to live in.

I would like to know if I already meet all the requirements to obtain permanent residency in Thailand.

If possible, I would like advice from a specialist agent who could help me with all the documentation and a quote for the amounts to be paid.

Not a visa question, but a flight question. I've noticed that I can get a round trip business or even economy flight for about the same price as a one-way ticket. I'll be coming in on a Non-O with no plans of leaving, is there any downside to booking that flight? Will I be on the hook for any fees for not taking the outbound flight?

Hi everyone

Under the more part. I have been with my girl now for 9 years this year and want to get married. I’m divorced and from the uk. We usually do all the paperwork on all my visa and reports when in Thailand. She helps with most of it. So can anyone give me a bullet point explanation of the process please.

Obviously people are going to say don’t do it. But I’m also building our home up in the village so to late on that point.

I also have kids and grandchildren in uk who will come and visit the home and spend holidays there. Also my children and grandchildren are financially taken care of when I pass on.

Thanks in advance🙏
