I have an O-A visa valid until October 4. My 90 day report is due on May 30. But I'm leaving Thailand on June 4, which is 5 days later. Do I have to go to immigration for a 90 day report? If I don't go and just leave Thailand on June 4, will I have any trouble at the airport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding an O-A visa, inquired about the necessity of completing a 90-day report due before leaving Thailand. Responses indicated that while the report should be filed on time, there is a grace period of 7 days after the due date, meaning leaving shortly after the due date should not cause issues at the airport. The community noted that while fines may occur for not reporting, many expats have reported that it was not frequently enforced when departing.

During the two years I was on OA I never submitted one 90-day report. They don't care at the airport, and as you don't have to attend an immigration office during those two years, it'll never be picked up. In the zillion to one chance it is, it's a 2000 baht fine. But it won't be picked up
There is 7 days grace period to lodge a 90 day report late so you have no problems there at all.....just fly out I seriously doubt you will hear anything about it at all.....
Yes you’ll have to report after 90 consecutive days anyway, you won’t get any trouble at the airport but you might and probably will be fined at the immigration next time you register.
