It's all a matter of time. Even if you manage to open an account with a tourist visa, after some time the bank will block your account and all the money in it.

Graham Seal A few days ago I needed a re-entry permit and there was a long waiting line. I waited for an hour. Just a tip: Don't arrive close to boarding time.
