Do you need a TM30 to do the 90 day check-in? I've been staying at various hotels throughout the country.

Has anyone applied for a DTV (workation) visa from within South Africa, and if so how did you do this?

There seems to be conflicting advice. The embassy forwards us to the online application, the only application directs us to an agent VCS) and the agent is directing us to the embassy.

Hi everyone and thanks to all the support in this group, it has been very helpful

Regarding the TM30. What is the process of reporting if I stay with friends in a town such as Hatyai or Phattalung?

Is there a portal where I can self report my location?

My DTV remote work visa was approved today after submitting extra documents Friday to the Kuala Lumpur Embassy. I am so relieved and grateful

A few days ago, a funny thing happened in Savannaketh. I applied for DTV Soft Power, and the guy there said that "This Gym does not have the right to teach Muay Thai, I can't give you a visa!", I replied "But there are many people got this visa for the same gym, I know them in person." He said "I don't care! Then he also shouted at other people on the line for small details as well. It was a rough day.

Does anyone know if a language course will meet DTV2 requirements? I have read conflicting reports that some embassies accept and others do not. Also does anyone have any knowledge on DTV2 approved cooking courses. It seems quite that Muay Thai and cooking is accepted as a qualification but not learning Thai language.

I am a Singaporean and currently residing in Thailand with a Non -Imm O-A retirement visa which I obtained from the Thai embassy in Singapore valid 1 year till 31 July 2025. I intend to renew my O-A visa when it is due at the Thai immigration office of the Province I am currently staying. One of the requirements stated in the document obtained from the thai immigration office for O-A retirement visa application is a 'photocopy of the bankbook with a minimum deposit of 800K Baht in the first 3 months after the last visa extension, and then having 800K Baht in the 2 months prior to visa application date'. My query is since I got my O-A visa from singapore and will be doing the visa renewal in Thailand next year for the first time, I only need to fulfill the latter part of the requirement i.e. show the 800k Baht in my bank book statement 2 months prior to renewal application date right?

Appreciate your advice on this please. Thanks!

Hi, just looking for an up to date confirmation.

Currently on the last (extra-13-15th month) 90 days entry until 8 Feb 2025 of a one-year Multiple Entry Non-Imm 'O' visa obtained from Savannakhet .

Had to apply for a new passport as existing passport with above stamp expires in June 2025 (less than 6 months validity to use it for an entry after 8 Feb 2025 and not enough pages left). Received new passport today.

Do I need to go to my local Immigration office to transfer the entry stamp to 8 Feb 2025 to my new passport, or can I just exit Thailand with both old and new passports on or around 8 Feb 2025? Also, I would hope to be returning a few days later. Will I again need both passports, or just the new one?

Thanks for your assistance.
