TLDR : Answer Summary
To acquire a spousal visa while your husband holds a DTV visa for Muay Thai, you typically need a marriage certificate. It's advisable to have around 500,000 baht in a bank account; however, your husband can sponsor you by showing he has that amount and providing a letter. Requirements may vary depending on whether you apply domestically or at a foreign embassy.

A marriage certificate. Possibly 500k baht in the bank but your husband may be able to sponsor you by showing he has that money and writing a letter to say so. It will vary depending on where you apply though
