Hello Group.

Just an info share. I submitted a non O visa request via the website at the Thai Embassy in London on the evening of the 24 June and received it approved this morning, 1 July. 3-4 working days, Very efficient. I know a few people have been asking on timescales, so thought I’d share my experience. Flight leaves in 8 days time 😊

Hi all. A question for people on Thai Marriage Visas.

When putting in our yearly extension of stay, there seems to be a paradox between my SCB account and Immigration. Immigration wants to see a transaction on my savings account showing the same day as the Immi appointment, but the SCB doesn't show transactions on statement printouts for 24hrs, making it impossible to show a transaction the same day as the Immi appointment.

We have had this same issue for some years now, just wondering if anyone knows the best way to get the application right without having to leave and come back the following day?

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.

Hello,

I posted another post but I think it’s pointless trying to come back to phuket to get a non o marriage visa based on my passport stamps with too many tourist entries.

I’ll probably get turned away, it’s not wort. The risk.

I’m going to apply as suggested to me to get a non o marriage visa before I leave the UK for Thailand.

My only question is the £10,000 I have to show on an official document when applying, how long does it need to be seasoned in my UK bank account?

Is it only 1 day?

Or 2 months?

I went on the royal thai embassy of London and it doesn’t say a period of time.

Just that I have to prove I have those funds in my account.

I have my money in investments and I can put the £10k into my bank account today and apply if it’s only 1 day.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Hey guys! What do you think about entering a third time in Thailand in a short period of time? So I stayed one month. Then travel for a week, come back for another month. Then travel for two weeks and coming back — is this last entry that I’m worried about, all entries are by plane.

I have arrived in Hua Hin, I have my none O visa. What do I need to take to immigration to get a Residency certificate? I am getting conflicting information on what I need to take with me. It is for opening a bank account.

Hi, have tried google but got conflicting answers, am curious about the digital nomad visa. Will soon be working remotely for a UK company, am a British citizen, want to move to Thailand. Does the 180 days mean you can only stay 180 days in a single year? Or does it mean you have to do a border run every 180 days?

Is it true that marijuana is now illegal to sell in Thailand and you need a prescription to have, plus it's being criminalised?
