TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about a visa application status that shows 'finished' on the website but received a rejection email. Responses from the community clarified that 'finished' indicates the processing is complete, and the application was rejected. Several comments suggested checking documents and reapplying, as well as considering alternative visa options like DTV or ED visas.
My interpretation of that is it means that application is over. It do not know if it is a drop down option or free text entry but remember the people using this system and who programmed it are not native English speakers.
Maybe finished check your information, then give you results in your email. In case you looking for another option to staying Thailand DTV or ED visa. Can check to this school, facebook page: Chiangmai Muay Thai Gym or IG: chiangmaimuaythaigym
I previously stayed in Thailand on an ED visa for Muay Thai for a period of 7 months. I later applied for the DTV visa under the Muay Thai Soft Power program, but my application was rejected
