A friend of mine wants to come to Thailand

We want to look into digital nomad visa

She would like 6 months in Thailand and 6 months home country

And direction will help ie. Links advice me im here on a non o marriage

I'm trying to get residency certificate for buying motorbike and for motorbike license. 

So when I go to the immigration in chiang mai, do I need to double my document?(example: copy of passport, house registration of the owner)

As you can only get one thing for one residency certificate
