TLDR : Answer Summary
For traveling to Bangkok on a month-long holiday with an Irish passport, the primary requirement mentioned is a valid passport. Additional documents may include an onward ticket, though some comments suggest that only the passport is necessary. The need for an onward ticket is generally a standard procedure among airlines.

Nothing needed but your passport.

It’s irrelevant what airline you fly with. It depends on your passport country. Without that knowledge we can’t answer.

With an Irish passport you need nothing other than your passport and last boarding card for immigration. You’ll get a stamp for 60 days visa exempt.

That’s going to generally be up to your airlines policy. Some don’t seem to care others will insist.

Call them and ask their policy if you can. Otherwise book an onward ticket with the plethora of online sites that will sell you one for around $15.

Works for loads of people. Most sites give a real PNR valid for a couple of weeks. They are just made up tickets that are real if checked but cancel out after x number of days.

Just hand over your passport and boarding pass for your arrival flight to get stamped in for 60 days
