There is another way, which is being employed by a non-formal school that acts as an employeer of record while the actual work is done at a private school. The drawback is that the company generally pockets several thousand baht each month out of the teacher's pay. Kind of like a tax on the non-degreed.
I forgot to mention that the hazardous air pollution/brown cloud is present all the way to the border. I recommend an N95 mask for this journey, since buses are not sealed and the same pm2.5 outside the bus is in the inside of the bus. Visibility is as bad as I've ever seen it, the entire 300km journey.
I don't disagree with this policy, but is it possible to list the admins of the group? That way people can be sure they haven't blocked them accidentally or otherwise in the past?
Bangkok Air will have non-stop flights CNX-HAN starting end of March. The Hanoi Thai Consulate is a reasonable place to get visas (this experience was a number of years ago).
Get a new landlady. Honestly this is difficult as many landlords/landladies are paranoid about giving even a copy of a contract (which you signed)! There is no way to force them, and there is no upside to them (the downside is that the govt might become aware they've been renting property without paying taxes). A combination of the cash economy and an abnormal legal system means you are possibly out of luck.
is correct with all of these facts. The only additional one would be if your wife changed her name after marriage, the marriage cert. would have her maiden name and her recent ID and tabien baan would have her married name. In which case bring the original for the name change certificate as well (and of course copies of all the originals). Note that the marriage cert. has writing on the back so your copy of that will need to also be double sided.
