Visa are expensive in NZ anyway so better to do the exempt, hopefully by early July it will be 60 days exempt plus the 30 extension

Yes. Or you could go online and get 60 day visa from Canberra thai embassy. Save having to go to immigration.

Bangkok is easy if you go to the right place and get there early. If you thought you had a visa and went to main office then that would have been stressful as it's the wrong place for visa exempt extension

you get a 30 day extension on a tr60 which extends your stay to 90 days means the same.

I know how the visa stuff works I fly every month and have done for many years and have had many different visa over the years. Go preach somewhere else
