That is because anyone who had already been awarded the Thailand pass is eligible to come it is only those who are making new applications that will be refused
If it help im travelling fingers crossed from uk to Thailand for second tome in 3 months. It is an Rt pcr test that is required. Taken within 72 hours of original departure time. It needs to say from my understanding rt pcr. Good luck.
It depends on your home country entry requirements. If flying emirates they have all info you need on their website or app. If flying to uk pcr or antigen test within 48 hours of departure. No fit to fly required.
Isn’t it that date that is relevant if you came on a STV and entered the country before the 1st of July? I believe the 27th of September would be the last day you can extend your initial period, it is not relevant for those who came after the 1st of July as they cannot extend their 90 days, apologies if I am off track or mistaken
