TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Pass approval time generally ranges from 3 to 7 days, as indicated on official notifications. However, users report varied experiences: some receive approval in as little as a few minutes to a few hours if all documentation is correctly provided and automated checks apply. Delays may occur, with several individuals needing to follow up on their applications after a week. Overall, it appears the processing time can vary significantly based on the completeness of the application and the specific checks required.

I got my Thai pass approved in 18 minutes. I was astounded. I have a Thai gf that got my hotel for me. She got my insurance policy. She was adamant that I got a QR code, instead of just using the CDC vaccine card. So with a lot of effort I was able to get the QR code...so I was able to submit all required documents to the Thai pass agency. Submitted at 11:50 am.. approved at 12:18 pm same day.

Go to the Thai Embassy website in whatever country you are in. Follow their instructions. After submitting the ThaiPass application, send an email to that Emassy asking them to kindly exledite the processing to allow you to make all the final arrangements. Did that from Saudi and got mine approved in about 22 hours. That was about 3 weeks ago.

1) never answered, waited 3 days

2) streamlined all documents, then 30mins and the first request was removed by them (didnt receive any notice, when checked the status, it was gone)

Thanks

How do you write to them
Stuart *********
Depends on the information you have entered. If you have QR codes associated with your vaccine certificate the system may process it automatically and you’ll get a reply fairly instantly. If not it goes in to the “manual check” queue and can take 7 days or so.

Mine 8 days

The feedback from my friends so far is that after seven days, you write to them and follow-up. Usually within 24 hours after that you will get your approval. I am at seven days today so I’m going to send a follow-up tomorrow and hopefully I get a response after that

@Kiran *******

Yes that is what happened to me. I called and emailed on Day 8, and was approved the following day. (From US, so no QR code on vaccination proof)
