No I am not. And I am a swiss citizen. So I can go on visa exempt anyway. But I was just curious. Many countries between Costa Rica and Chile. So I was wondering if there is no consulate or embassy like in Brasil or Colombia.

I can't find anything on Google. So if you don't know no problem. I just thought maybe you know

Chile is really far away from Costa Rica. There are many countries in between. No other Thai embassies there?

You can tag me 100x more and say no. I will always say officially you needed to be insured. Maybe you don't know but many things are written somewhere but nobody enforces it

No you give up. It was an official requirement before. You needed to be insured as tourist. As I said nobody checked. But it was mentioned in the entry requirements. Period

I couldn't disagree more. BKK to DMK is even with Google maps estimated 1 hour drive.

No bloody way you can drive in a metered taxi for 1 hour for less than 150b
