May I know if expats can get PR in Thailand?

If yes, may I know the process and after how many years we become eligible?

yes it is thus no rejection. So not sure if it everything is correct why people getting rejected.

never had that problem and been doing online for some time now. I also apply the day I get the email reminder.

not sure, quess you can only try as it is Thailand and one never can be 100% haha

maybe that has changed or they got lucky, but generally first time need to present in person. That's sort of makes sence as they want to see you face to face after that they don't seem to care if done online or in person.

you can definitely try and get an Ed visa, or as others have said get another METV, but that all depends on if they will issue back to back METV.
