Just as a heads-up, if you already stayed in Thailand for 180 days this year (or anything over 120) on SETVs and attempt to enter via an Airport, there are high chances to be denied since you are already over the 120 day threshold - best option is to enter via a land border. 2nd, yes as it says, there might be some issues in getting another Tourist Visa (but not EDU) unless you change passports in the future OR the ones stamping your visa don't notice that remark..

I assume you have a Turkish Passport. Just for the info, how many SETVs and Visa Exempt stamps did you previously have in your passport, if you would be so kind to share?

Thanks Tod. Btw, the Bali one might have different opening hours and holidays since it's a honorary one! I was last year there and there was nothing on the website announcing in advance but was closed for nearly 2 weeks!

@R**
somebody from a Visa Agency in Penang told me 3 SETV per year is the maximum..

, I probably misunderstood. Regarding the number of Single Tourist Visas per year I understood there's a cap of 3 per year but didn't understand if per calendar year or 365 days.

Would you be so kind to share where do you have this info from? 2nd - this means they count it by the calendar - like - how many 60 Day VIsas you received in the last 365 days?

Since he asked about a Visa on Arrival I assumed he's from India

It depends but now, since the fee has been waived it decreased significantly. I guess around 30-45 mins tops.

If it's your first Tourist Visa it's so easy to be misled by the wording on the visa itself..SETV is valid for 90 Days but if you enter within the given time frame, IF you extend it by 30 more days at the Immigration a few days before the expiring of the 60 Days and IF you count the Visa Duration Properly from the day you actually enter the country (Some might think that if they enter the country say 30 days before the expiry of "Enter Until" they can't stay longer than 30 days). Too many variables that can trick any newbie Imho..

A Visa company in Penang has told me that 3 Tourist Visas per year are allowed there.
