Anyone done visa run to Penang recently?

Should we present both a ticket to Thailand and another one outbound within the visa period when applying for a tourist visa? I have a booking but not a ticket since I plan to change my visa later when I’m back in Thailand.

Best and worst checkpoints for visa run?

Hey so if i have a 30 day visa on arrival i can extend it for 30 days more in samui and than i can get another 30 day visa if i do visa run to penang for example?

Thought I would give back a little instead of just asking questions. I just did a 60-day tourist visa in Penang this week (third in a row, first in Penang) and it was not the breeze everyone said it would be there. Apparently, they have a new guy and he is strict. So just a heads up. Make sure you have good bank statements. That seemed to really help.
