i’ve interacted with the embassy i use after the evisa system was put in to place, it could have changed in the last year or it could just be the standard inconsistency between embassies.

it happened to me once a couple years ago dealing with the NY embassy, another time they asked for a separate letter to grant me a return ticket past 60 days, that was done through email.

for TRs they’ve asked me to edit my current app and submit again, not a METV but the “reapply” could just be poor english
