hi i m on OA but wish to exit thailand and re-enter to apply non.O retire visa. In that case, do i need to arrange ANOTHER 800k baht to be sent to thailand two months before, or just use the ORIGINAL 800K baht (sent here several years ago, for application of OA.visa)in bank account to apply？your reply much appreciated

do you mean you can apply less than two weeks before due date, say even a few days before? i interpret that application has to.be made 15 days BEFORE due date, what i did was 1-3 days before 15 days

yes, thank you! i did use the new link since its put online and just before 15 days due date, i received message that application received, then after 7 days when i checked, application rejected, then every time when i applied.around 2 weeks before due date, it was rejected immediately. Anyway, i will still keep trying. i just feel absurd

it seems once you got rejected, you are going to be rejected forever, even if you paid fine for once delay, the system won't self correct or update
