I contacted DTAC and asked about calling foreign countries . Make sure you dial out 004 country code and number NOT 001 . For me calling U.S its 2.5 thb per minute . I can live with that as I don't make many calls . Contrary to belief 800 numbers are not free to U.S from DTAC

takes me less than 5 minutes once I reach the counter here in Pai . In fact my extension only took about 20 minutes this year

In Pai they told me if I left the province and came back to file a new TM30 After they were tired of seeing me they said never mind . Depending on your location best to go in and ask your IO and be polite 😎
