so my O A which was multi entry is effectively still functional BUT every time I leave the country and return I’m on a new visa extension.

Just curious since I’m doing the extension tomorrow anyway

that does not matter. If the shipment label has the code “DD”, Duty Tax Paid the you owe nothing. Period.

If it was shipped DDP that’s for the shipper to deal with.

If it was cleared as a formal entry, yes but that will be a time consuming and expensive process.

If it was cleared as an informal, not likely. Legally? Yes. In practise ? Nope.
