Some offices such as Hua Hin you don’t need any forms or anything when doing the 90 day just hand over your passport. Need a TM30 in their computer

 when applying for a bank account it is.You have no idea what you’re talking about. Of course passport is still required.

 most banks require an ID from your home country as part of the ‘know your customer’. So your statement is not true

It’s not difficult with a Non O. The people having the most problems are the ones on a DTV or other tourist visas

 yes it was required then as well. Every foreigner. And Thai people on exit from Thailand but looks like that isn’t required with the new protocol
