I signed up for True money. Working well for 7-11 and grab payments. Trying to unlock the advanced features such as scan to pay . When I uploaded my non O visa they said it was expired. I am on a retirement extension. Has anyone else experienced this?

I contacted the support via chat. Uploaded my non O and extension in a selfie in the chat with my face and stamps visible. Couple of hours later approved for an ‘advanced account’ that includes scanning and bank transfers out.

Sometimes the staff at true money is confused....just give them a call and explaine your situation they do speak good English......I was once asked for a original visa stamp (whth the garuda in the stanp) when I send my extension stamp the problem is my old stamp ( expired) was in old passport and new extensions (valid) is in new passport after I sent all visa pages from both passport they let me use ture money again....I do agreed using true money is way faster and more convenient than using bank app to scan

food courts, 7-11,lotus ,bigC and lots of merchant accepting TRUE money....the true app shows a QR instead of scanning QR which is faster while placing your phone infront of the machine instead of positioning your phone to get a clear scan and there's cash rebate on spending

my non 0 was issued in Thailand not from an embassy. I uploaded both the visa and extension of stay to true money.

I did that the first time boss then they requested a visa that contains the words ‘non Immi’ in it
