Why is the daily limit feature on TTB Touch inaccessible despite being told to visit the branch?

Does anyone has problem to increase daily limit with TTB Touch? The feature was frozen for almost 3 months. Since 09th September the app can access it but when I want to click save, it sends th message that I need to visit the branch. I just did that, the branch staff called the call centre to tell me that due to a technical problem, this feature can only be available from 16th September onwards.

Why sending people to the branch then?? I'm beginning to think that we're not customers but a burden to those banks. Unbelievable.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expresses frustration with the TTB Touch banking app, which has had the daily limit feature frozen for nearly three months. Although access has resumed, attempts to save changes led to a message requiring a branch visit. After visiting the branch, the staff mentioned a technical issue preventing access until September 16. The user questions the efficiency of the support process, feeling more like a burden than a customer.

TTB closed the limit adjustment for all foreign customers until recently, 09th September so I don't think you could have been able to adjust it in the branch two weeks ago. Ive done the face scan registration on the first day it was available, somewhat in June or July. I have waited patiently for them to "open" the system for foreigners on 09th September, and trying it over the app. The message i got was 'go to the branch for verification' which i did today. The rest of the story can be read in my post.

if your here legally and following the rules there's no hassle. So u still use bkk bank to facilitate ur income. If TTB are so excellent why don't u by pass bkk bank? Seems logical to me!!!

who brought legal things up? All the frozen accounts are illegal? Mine isn't one by the way. Wise can't transfer to TTB any longer so temporarily using Bangkok Bank just for that purpose and will stop at the first opportunity.

well like the UK. If ur not resident ur account is closed. I know, I had mine done two years ago. I had forgot to renew my address so it was closed. That's why bkk bank wants proof ur still here. Nothing to do with legal visas
