15 days before or 7 days after the due date, take your passport, a completed TM47 form in blue ink and a copy of your up to date TM30 if required, but always best to check with your local immigration office as it varies from office to office around the country

Wow..why did you wait till the last minute, Monday is one of the worst days to visit immigration. You must go to the office where your TM30 has you registered as staying. Good luck🤞

@Steve ******
so basically you just need a TM30 filled out by your wife, easy and simple, your original comment wasn’t clear and sounded like you were eluding to being put on the house book. A TM30 is done in a few minutes, but you mentioned a few months??

Easy to do yourself if you meet the legal requirements, no need to pay a agent.

@Ha**
yes it is and it should be lodged within 24 hours of your arrival wherever you are staying, it is the owner’s responsibility, but ultimately it is you who will get fined if it’s not done.

What do you mean get your name on the house? As a Farang you will never be on the blue Thai house book, only possible on a Condo if you meet the requirements of the Thai Condominium Act, or are you talking about getting your own yellow Tabian Baan for the house that your wife owns??

@Jason ****
