If I entered Thailand on October 10, but then left the country on November 5th and returned to Thailand on November 12th , do I have to complete the 90 day report from the first time I entered or only the second time if I stayed 90 consecutive days?
Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you enter Thailand on a DTV visa and leave the country before completing 90 consecutive days, you do not need to submit a 90-day report until you have spent a total of 90 consecutive days in Thailand. Each time you re-enter the country, the 90-day count resets, starting from your date of entry.

I always love this question because it makes me feel safe. I am here for 8 month and not once did any 90 day reporting because of the mental support I get every week(because I already in and out Thailand 2 times and again will be out in December 5th).
What I am trying to say is any question is not small and ask it without reservation. Don't fear the ha ha react. I learn so many things just always check the notification from this group.
Also to all critics of this question, What I learn most from this group is law in Thailand can change any second. What is true in December 9th is not true in December 10th. So please have little patience.
You only need to do your 90 day report when you spend 90 consecutive days in Thailand, if you leave before that the 90 days start again from the day of entry which is day 1.
90 day report is only required after 90 consecutive days. If you leave before you're in Thailand for 90 days and then return, you start counting again from day 1.
