I would say that you have two choices. Bribe the immigration officer (about Baht 10.000…) or pay the fees. I think paying fees is a bit cheaper.

Dear Barry Mutch, sorry for butting into your conversation; but I am very interested in this document stating official partnership. As my Austrian Wife won't divorce me (Widow's pension) and visa to stay here in Thailand are very hard to get right now, maybe that would solve my problems.
