- Copy of your passport (signed at the bottom with the same signature as per your passport)
- Copy of your current visa (signed at the bottom with the same signature as per your passport)
- A letter of your future employer that you require a police check
- 160THB (that's including the postage fee to send you the documents)
When you get to the Bangkok Police headquarters, you have to ask for the police clearance for abroad (spelled aboard on their sign haha)
There, they will check your passport and give you a queue number. Then, you will meet with police officer who will go through your documents and will ask you to fill in some forms. They have a webcam installed to take your photo but just bring passport photos with you in case, you never know if you are there on a day that the webcam malfunctions ;-)

Whenever I make copies for thai immigration, it's always black and white. But do they mean an official copy of the passport? That should be issued by the embassy...
