sure like any bank in any country l think it's 500 bht initial deposit to open an account but it is debited to your account it is not a charge. You also will pay 400 bht annually if you want a card. But if you get the bank to set up the banking app you don't need the card. Withdrawals can be made at an ATM using your phone

For your application answer private property you don't have to state Airbnb. Whether it is illegal is irrelevant to you for this application. Hey prostitution is illegal in Thailand WTF 🤣🤣🤣

correct it's just a sales pitch. Like do you want fries with that. It is a real policy it's not just farang that they try to sell the policy but Thais also. The only money you need for an account is opening balance which l think is 500 bht that goes into your account. If you want a ATM card it is 400 bht. But ask them to set up you banking app all can be done on this app.

The only fee is if you use and agent to open the account. Go yourself in your local branch of whatever bank if you have a gf or friend go with her to her bank. Depends on your visa and banks knowledge of process for foreigners. Try yourself before engaging an agent good luck 🤞

Couple of things usually a work permit and visa are linked to an employer. If you no longer work there it will be cancelled you didn't elaborate so hard to answer this one. Also if you didn't get a multi entry your visa will be cancelled again you didn't explain. You need a new British passport if you are in Britain should be easy.

yes I had a motorcycle accident all taken care of. My advise stick with bigger companies you get what you pay for. The horror stories are usually from lower end companies people don't want to pay a bit extra so they get screwed around. Also deal direct with the company not agents.

that was a year ago. Don't rely on that as a guide. Your call buddy why you taking the train anyway? Get a bus or fly. Cost and time are you selections 🤣🤣.I just did the train from Nakhon si thammarat to bkk no issue. Bkk to Chang Mai no issue. Try contacting SRT - Thai rail they would give you more accurate info than a fb group.

No floods in the South of Thailand all that was up North. Rains on and off but no floods it clears pretty quick. You can change your plan when your here it's Thailand that's how it runs here can't plan to far ahead
