What difficulties have travelers faced at Thai immigration recently, particularly regarding tax payments or proof of funds?

Is there anyone who faced difficulties at immigration- including being asked to provide proof of tax payments or show money upon arrival?

I have been hearing some issues upon returning to Bangkok with DTV at the Suvarnabhumi Airport this week.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several travelers have reported smooth experiences entering Thailand with the DTV visa, primarily presenting their passport and e-visa printout without being asked for proof of tax payments or financial documentation. There are no credible instances of travelers being required to provide tax payment proof at the airport, and concerns about such requirements appear to be unfounded according to various comments from the community.

No. We recently came in with DTV from Don Mueng. All i gave was my passport to the immigration officer and I showed e-visa pdf. No question asked, & stamped 180 days stay permit.

Immigration and Tax Systems are not linked in Thailand unlike Singapore :-)

Tax is not something they care about. They only care about if you are going to be a danger to society or not

There is not one verifiable post about anyone being required to show proof of tax payments when entering the country 😕

There are a few posts of people from certain nationalities who were asked to show the documentation they used when they applied for their DTV but it is the exception rather than the norm.

Most everyone of the tens of thousands of people on DTV's just show up with the PDF print out and their passport and get in without any issue at all

very true l think some nationality just transfer the money the day before. Maybe they are suspicious with multiple border bounces and now DTV. But majority just enter no questions.if you acquired your DTV correctly you wouldnt have an issue or even think about this issue
