Read the conditions for DTV application it tells you exactly what paperwork you need and how much money and where to apply ffs read it it's important if you want success. The same if you are successful there are conditions and reporting if you stay long time know your visa and conditions it's not visa exempt

You only need the 500k if you have a Thai girlfriend. That money is to support her. When you apply, select single for marital status and you won't have to show the 500k
